LYNN BEAL BIG BAND

I moved to Nashville in 1996 like many others in music city have, to do music. My music roots are jazz and began singing in small combos. I always dreamed one day to form my own big band. In 2009 I started the LYNN BEAL BIG BAND. The band began rehearsing live at a pizza restaurant in Nashville every Tuesday of the month. Following those rehearsal Tuesdays we were offered to perform every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at The Hotel Preston/The Pink Skip at 733 Briley Parkway, Nashville. Since 2013 we have performed every second Monday at the Tin Roof, 1516 Demonbreun Street, Nashville 37203. We are still performing today at Hotel Preston/Pink Slip and Tin Roof. LBBB have enjoyed the opportunity to do so with a growing fan base. The band now performs weekends throughout middle Tennessee for festivals, concerts, private parties, and big band dances.

There are 12 members in my big band. We play music from the big band era and I write original music for the band with arrangements by John DeVries. That dream I had many years ago is now a reality. I am so proud of this band and the opportunity to sing with these musicians because without their GREAT talent and dedication there would be no LYNN BEAL BIG BAND.
