The Rocketmen: The Music of Elton John
THE ROCKETMEN are a Nashville-based group of four accomplished, strong and super-tight players/vocalists whose sole mission in life is to rock you with the timeless music of the legendary Elton John.
Perry Barton (keyboards) is a longtime dedicated student of Elton's unmistakeable piano style. He can also be seen performing as a member of Felix Cavaliere's Rascals.
Chip Martin (guitar) is familiar to Nashville audiences as a member of Vinyl Radio and Penny Opera. He is also an accomplished writer, producer, and session musician.
Lance Hoppen (bass) is best known as a co-founder of the Pop/Rock band Orleans, who shared the Billboard charts with Elton with iconic hits like "Still the One," "Dance With Me" and "Love Takes Time."
Brady Spencer (drums) performs regularly with artists such as "Nashviile" star Charles "Chip" Esten. His innate feel for the work of EJ drummer Nigel Olsson is a huge part of The Rocketmen's solid foundation.
